CEO

Rachel is an engineer and certified finance professional. She has over a decade of experience in renewable energy investments. Born in Brazil, she is dedicated to enabling investments in the country. An entrepreneur at the heart, Rachel founded REA Consult in 2016, a management and consulting company working with energy investors. In response to the company’s success and the exciting reform taking place in Brazil’s energy sector, Rachel founded Mangifera Analytics to serve the investment community with accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information on this blossoming market.

Ramzy Bamieh

Creative Director

Ramzy is a marketing and creative director specializing in the energy sector. A King’s College geo-politics graduate and former energy industry analyst, Ramzy discovered a skill for a broad range of content development and a keen understanding of how to use content to achieve objectives. With over 10-years of experience working with corporations and startups in the energy sector, Ramzy has become a creative expert in how to present industry knowledge and data to an investment community that’s hungry for actionable insight. He joined Mangifera Analytics in 2020.

Fabiano Soria

Lead Analyst Capital Markets

Fabiano is an Industrial Engineer of UFRJ and holds an MBA from the Universidad de Chile. He has several years of experience in the energy sector, mainly in the oil and gas market and working with financial markets. Fabiano is a seasoned finance manager, working in the area of financial reporting and creating performance indicators for business management. Currently, he is responsible for projects in the area of renewable energy, mainly aimed at facilitating foreign investments in South America and especially Brazil. He also holds the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Janaína Silva

Lead Analyst Regulations

Janina is a qualified lawyer with many years of experience in the Brazilian electricity sector, specializing in Brazilian energy regulations. Janaína has extensive experience in the distributed generation, commercialization, and energy efficiency, and is a specialist in project development for cooperative, commercial, and industrial energy consumers, and distributed solar consortiums.

Eliane Hegele

New Business Coordination

Eliane is a recruiter with double MBAs in organizational psychology and human resources management. She is an entrepreneur and innovator in the provision of administrative services. With her natural ability to create human networks and her gift for engaging talented teams, Eliane is a coordinator and driving-force of new business activities at Mangifera Analytics.

Marko Mandic

Affiliate Manager

Marko is an affiliate marketing manager with 3 years of experience working as PPC, social media, and affiliate marketing manager while tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs. Marko handles the vital business relationships between online retailers and marketing affiliates by planning, developing, and executing marketing programs that support and recruit new affiliates. Marko joined Mangifera Analytics in 2020 and is responsible for our affiliate marketing program.

Product Designer

Dima is a graphic designer with more than 8 years of experience. With a background in both design and advertising, she creates beautiful designs that are user-focused and highly functional. Her curious and passionate approach to product development has given her international experience with a wide range of reputable companies. Dima joined in 2020 to ensure that our valuable information is communicated properly to the Mangifera community.

Shanice See

English - Mandarin Chinese Translator

Shanice is a professional English to Mandarin Chinese Translator with 7 years of experience working on technical and multimedia translations. Her deep passion for languages was nurtured at home where she learned Mandarin, English, Cantonese, and Malay at a young age. To further expand her language experience, Shanice moved to Mexico 2 years ago to study Spanish. Shanice joined Mangifera Analytics in 2020 as a Mandarin Chinese translator.

Patrícia Vasconcellos

Translator & Proofreader

Patrícia Vasconcellos is an English-Portuguese translator specializing in life sciences and academic texts in general. With a degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, she received her Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge in 2008 and started to work as a teacher of English and science in private courses. Patrícia has been working full-time as a translator/proofreader since 2016 and joined Mangifera Analytics in 2020.
